The title is Latin for “King of the World”. There is a dual purpose in the choice of the title, for in one sense, we are all kings in our own world. Yet in another, even if we were to actually achieve the position of King over the whole world, we still might not obtain the inner peace or contentment that is necessary for a satisfying life. One must conquer ones own soul before one can consider conquering the world and in my opinion, those individuals are few and far between. The red represents the physical, the blue the spiritual, and the green stands for the temporal or earthly. The Star of David represents the noble aspects within creation and a bird forms the eyebrows of a universal man showing our lofty aspirations, as does the green crown. The number three is symbolic and I have used a pomegranate shaped flower for the world. The warm orange rings emanate from within our minds and the thoughts and feelings create a ripple across our eternal spiritual existence.
