"untitled IV" mixed media and collage on canvas 18" X 24" Undercurrents the Series My new body of work is titled "Undercurrents." I purposely left each image in the series untitled to allow you the opportunity to experience the works from your own perspective. This series is a return to my more abstract work of the past, in which I allowed the palette to create its own form. I deliberately applied knife strokes to create the illusion of movement. If you look closely, you can find elements that exist in our everyday lives. This work has taken me to a new level of consciousness that expresses my inner being. |
